CDG Maui is a design-build construction company building high-end custom homes on Maui. We plan carefully, build it right, and own the outcome. We’re growing and building a team where everyone knows their role and has the support to do it well. You’ll own your jobs end to end, from contract handoff through closeout: on budget, on schedule, built from a coordinated plan, and with a client who would hire us again. You understand what the field needs and when, so crews never wait on the office. You plan thoroughly before we build, so the field works with little or no rework. You’ll report to our Senior PM / Team Lead and work closely with our architect, superintendents and trade partners. This is beautiful, high-end custom work on a team that plans before it builds, with a clear role, clear metrics and a leader invested in your growth. When you apply, tell us about a project you delivered on budget and on schedule, and what you did to keep it there.
