Your profile
• Significant track record in hospitality investment, financing, transactions or asset management (fund, REIT, operator, investment bank, advisory)
• Strong command of sector fundamentals: RevPAR, occupancy, GOP, management and franchise agreements, asset valuation
• Ability to own an investment business plan, target IRR and exit strategy
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ambition to build a vehicle under your leadership Based in one of the key hubs for hospitality investment. Let's talk in confidence.
