We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements, and in supporting development and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and testable. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and data flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, answer queries, and ensure a shared understanding of the expected solution.
• Support QA teams by reviewing test scenarios and test cases, and ensuring traceability between requirements and test coverage.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing UAT scenarios, coordinating with business users, and validating outcomes.
• Triage and help resolve defects, and assess the impact of change requests on scope, timeline, and quality.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and manage expectations.
• Ensure requirements and documentation are kept current, accessible, and aligned with business and compliance standards. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or product development environment.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with development and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel, and with process and wireframing tools (e.g., Visio, draw.io, Figma, Balsamiq).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and the ability to read API documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Experience with test management tools and UAT coordination.
• Exposure to process modeling notations such as BPMN and UML.
• Domain knowledge in the relevant industry (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS).
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
