Who We Are 🏔 Product: We build data-driven media campaigns for social media and CTV—together with leading brands, platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and all major streaming services. 💪 Team: 85 people across our Hamburg and Belgrade offices, split into strategic and operational teams. About The Role
In this role, you will:
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Go
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL to build reliable, performant applications and support data pipelines and warehouses on AWS
• Improve service reliability, testing, monitoring, and performance
• Work closely with engineering and business teams
• Use AI tools to support your daily development work What success looks like In your first few months, you will:
• Build and maintain reliable backend services and well-designed RESTful APIs
• Help ensure that our services and data pipelines run reliably and are easy to monitor
• Build and maintain clear, scalable database models
• Identify and improve reliability, data-quality, and performance issues
• Take ownership of your work and collaborate closely with the team About you
• Strong Go development skills and experience building and maintaining backend services and RESTful APIs
• Experience with AWS-based infrastructure
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL, with strong SQL and database modeling skills
• Understanding of testing, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Ability to support data pipelines, warehouses, and business reporting needs
• Experience with Codex or other AI-assisted development tools
• Fluent in Serbian and English Nice-to-haves:
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Trino
• Knowledge of React or a similar frontend library or framework This role isn't for you, if you
• Prefer working on small, isolated tasks only
• Do not enjoy solving backend, database, or performance issues
• See testing, monitoring, and documentation as unimportant
• Are not comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and databases
