EU Last Mile Projects

JINGDONG Logistics is expanding its Large Item delivery and installation capabilities across Europe. We are looking for an experienced project and partner-management professional to lead operational implementation projects, onboard new service providers and manage key external partners across multiple European markets. The role combines project leadership, partner management and the rollout of new delivery and installation capabilities. You will work closely with Procurement, country operations and other internal teams to turn new concepts and partnerships into scalable operations.

Key responsibilities
• Lead implementation projects for new Large Item delivery and installation capabilities.
• Assess the operational readiness of shortlisted DSPs, 3PLs and specialist service providers.
• Lead operational onboarding and implementation of new partners.
• Manage key service-provider relationships, including quality, capacity, KPIs and improvement actions.
• Lead projects related to new markets, services and network expansion.
• Support the rollout of home-installation services across Europe.
• Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions and drive risks and bottlenecks through to resolution.
• Support capacity planning and peak readiness.
• Occasionally visit service providers or operational locations for key project milestones. About you
• 5+ years of relevant experience in last-mile logistics, home delivery, transportation, field services or a comparable environment.
• Experience working with 3PLs, DSPs, subcontractors or other external service providers.
• Strong project-management and implementation experience.
• Experience managing operational performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment, bringing structure and planning while remaining adaptable and constructively challenging existing ways of working when needed.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple countries and projects.
• Fluent English. Experience in Large Item / two-person home delivery, white goods, furniture, home services or installation operations is a strong advantage. Dutch, German or French language skills are an advantage. Location Candidates must be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France or the United Kingdom. Occasional travel within Europe is required, mainly for key project milestones, onboarding and operational reviews.
