Senior Manager
- Digital Trading & Merchandising About SATISFY Founded in Paris in 2015, SATISFY is a brand blending performance, technical innovation, and a strong creative identity rooted in music, art, and counterculture. Designed for runners who value both function and expression, SATISFY has built a distinctive position at the intersection of performance, culture, and design. Now in a phase of rapid international growth, with an expanding distribution network and increasing organizational sophistication, SATISFY is transitioning from being a startup to being a structured, global scale-up. Role Overview As SATISFY continues to scale, we are looking for a Senior Manager
- Digital Trading & Merchandising to own the commercial performance of our digital channel day to day, turning seasonal trading calendar, inventory, assortment and onsite merchandising decisions into revenue, margin and conversion outcomes, while staying true to the brand’s unique culture and identity. As Senior Manager
- Digital Trading & Merchandising, you will lead the team owning the full trading cycle. You'll oversee two connected disciplines: Trading, which gives us the performance pulse, and Site Merchandising, which acts on it. You'll also be in charge of keeping Shopify's front and back end running cleanly, and you'll be expected to modernize how that work gets done.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Trading Ownership Own the digital trading cycle from target-setting handover to in-season execution via seasonal trading calendar build-up, actively chasing performance against targets throughout the period, not just reporting on it after the fact. Track daily/weekly channel-related KPIs, diagnose drivers behind performance gaps and report the overall channel narrative back to the team. Lead trading reviews with the Director of Digital, surfacing risks and opportunities early enough to act on them. 2. Merchandising Execution Translate trading insights into merchandising actions: assortment placement, collection curation, cross-sell logic, informed by consumer, product and market insights. Own site navigation, search relevance, filtering and collection structure, ensuring the path to purchase reflects both commercial priorities and how customers actually shop. Own the Run of digital merchandising and catalog upkeep, while partnering with Digital Product on the underlying build. 3. Shopify Operations Oversee day-to-day catalog maintenance, PDP creation, and ongoing copy/imagery updates delivered by other teams. Own the scalability of this operation: build documented, repeatable processes so onsite real estate maintenance becomes a structured process and doesn't depend on any one person being available. Partner with Digital Product and Operation teams to evaluate and implement the right tooling (AI-assisted solutions, image processing, bulk catalog updates, QA automation) that reduce manual effort and error rate across the team. 4. Team Leadership Manage and develop a team of specialists, with a mix of hands-on execution, coaching, and empowerment as the team matures. Focus not just on solving in-season challenges, but also building the practice that prevents it at season+1. Cross-train the team to go from execution to a digital commercial growth mindset. 5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with other digital functions: Digital Product, Performance Marketing, Consumer Service and CRM to align trading moments through all functions. Partner with Brand, Merchandising and Operation teams to ensure smooth go-live and launch readiness execution. Bring strong consumer understanding to commercial decisions, ensuring trading and merchandising actions stay aligned with the broader brand direction, even as a commercially-led function. Profile & Skills Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's in Business, E-commerce, Retail Management, or equivalent 5+ years in digital trading or ecommerce merchandising, ideally in sportswear, fashion, apparel or a premium/DTC brand. Must have operated within a Shopify ecosystem, including hands-on exposure to catalog structure, PDP setup, and backend admin, not just Shopify-adjacent platforms. Prior people management experience, ideally managing execution-focused teams. Experience owning trading KPIs against set targets, with real accountability for delivery. A track record of introducing new tools or automation to improve team efficiency is a strong plus. Technical Skills Strong analytical

skills:
comfortable diagnosing performance from data, not just reporting it. Confident with Shopify admin, catalog/PDP management, navigation and search configuration. Strong Excel/ Google suite knowledge, exposure to GA4, Power BI, Looker or similar tracking tools. Soft Skills Strong team spirit and comfortable communicating cross-functionally. Strong commercial acumen paired with consumer understanding: able to balance performance pressure with brand-aligned judgment. Team leadership that blends hands-on support, coaching, and process-building. Proactive and accountable: chases targets rather than waiting to report against them. Comfortable operating cross-functionally without needing to own every relationship.
