Goals and deliverables Main missions Coordinate acceptance activities with the Data Migration and Certifications teams, taking into account environmental constraints. Monitor power supplies and decision-making processes to ensure that they are working properly. Analyze operating anomalies on the BI and propose corrective solutions. Regularly report the progress and points of attention of the theme to stakeholders. Participate in the drafting of changeover scenarios (decision-making, banking migration, group knowledge). Ensure the operational and strategic responsibility of the project in all its dimensions (technical, financial, human, organizational). Validate the final acceptance and manage the key decisions to bring the project to a successful conclusion. Lead communication between the teams and the bodies concerned, and prepare for change management. Desired profile Proven experience in decision-making project management, mastery of monitoring and reporting tools, and ability to coordinate stakeholders with sometimes divergent interests. Rigour, leadership and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of the banking sector is an asset.
