BIM Manager

Take ownership of BIM and digital delivery across complex, technically demanding projects in Paris and beyond. As BIM Manager, you will sit at the centre of multidisciplinary design coordination, helping project teams turn detailed engineering information into coordinated, buildable solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence how projects are delivered rather than simply managing models. You will work closely with engineering disciplines, project leadership and wider stakeholders to maintain information quality, resolve coordination challenges and drive consistent BIM standards throughout the design process. • Lead BIM and digital coordination across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Manage model federation, information quality and project BIM requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to identify and resolve clashes and design interfaces.
• Maintain appropriate BIM standards, workflows and quality controls throughout project delivery.
• Support project teams with digital delivery requirements and effective model-based collaboration.
• Review project information to ensure models are coordinated, accurate and suitable for their intended use.
• Help improve BIM processes, standards and ways of working across projects. Essential Skills
• Strong experience delivering BIM on complex engineering or construction projects.
• Proven knowledge of model coordination, information management and clash resolution.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes and quality requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and wider project stakeholders.
