About The Role
GIS Developer at Devoteam, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time, permanent contract (Business Unit: Strategy & Transformation).

Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance enterprise GIS web applications, portals, dashboards, and executive applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and ArcGIS Dashboards. Develop GIS automation, scripts, and geoprocessing solutions using Python and ArcPy. Integrate GIS platforms with enterprise business systems using REST APIs, web services, and databases, including ArcGIS Enterprise integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM. Configure, publish, secure, troubleshoot, and optimize geospatial services; support and manage ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, Server, and Enterprise Geodatabases. Client-facing consulting, technical documentation, PoCs, vendor coordination, and technical leadership.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, GIS, Geomatics, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:
7+ years in GIS development and enterprise GIS environments; government, utilities, infrastructure, industrial cities, or smart-city projects preferred.

Skills:
ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS REST API, Python/ArcPy, SQL (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL), Experience Builder, Dashboards, SSO/Active Directory/SSL. GISP and Esri certifications are an advantage. Travel may be required based on client and project requirements.
