The role
A 6-month internship with the tech team. You are the link between the tech team and the rest of the company: you help everyone use their tools well, you handle IT onboarding and offboarding, and you report issues from the field.
No need to be a developer. We are looking for someone autonomous, comfortable with technology, who enjoys helping others.
What you will do
• Set up new joiners on the IT side (accounts, access, laptop) and close their access when they leave
• Train the team on our tools and on good security habits: passwords, two-factor authentication, phishing
• Handle day-to-day support requests
• Report field issues to the tech team
• Keep the hardware and tools inventory up to date Profile
• You study at an engineering or computer science school, without necessarily aiming to become a developer
• You are autonomous and can run several topics at once
• You have already built a project: nonprofit, personal project, startup
• You enjoy helping others, for example through volunteering, humanitarian work, or in a hospital
• You can explain a technical topic in simple terms Setup
• 6-month internship, flexible start
• Paris office (Magenta), partial remote possible
