A Snapshot of Your Day
You start the day by translating the priorities of our Substation business in Europe & Africa into structured initiatives that improve visibility, alignment and execution. Working closely with leaders, subregions and experts, you identify relevant business topics, prepare management-ready materials and help turn ideas into measurable progress.
You will support the regional operating rhythm through performance updates, leadership formats, improvement activities, business events and digital platforms that showcase achievements, customer value and growth opportunities across the region.

How You’ll Make An Impact
• Support the execution of regional business priorities by structuring initiatives, preparing decision materials, and tracking actions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Develop management-ready presentations, business updates, success stories, and digital content that showcase customer value, project achievements, technology strengths, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs from regional management, subregions, and project teams, ensuring clear ownership, timely delivery, and consistent follow-through.
• Drive continuous improvement in management processes, leadership formats, workshops, and business events by simplifying workflows, standardizing templates, and sharing proven practices.
• Maintain and further develop digital workspaces and knowledge platforms, ensuring business materials, use cases, guidance, and learning content remain current, structured, and accessible.
• Plan and deliver town halls, best-practice sessions, customer-focused showcases, and internal events to strengthen collaboration and accelerate the adoption of successful approaches across Europe & Africa, using feedback, platform insights, and performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. What You Bring
• Completed vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Industrial Management, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in a complex international environment.
• Hands-on experience in business coordination, operational excellence, project support, management reporting, or the delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to structure complex information, develop compelling management presentations, and translate business and technical topics into clear, audience-focused materials.
• Proficiency in M365 and digital collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Viva Engage, with experience maintaining digital workspaces and coordinating events from planning through execution.
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented working style, with strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and review cycles while challenging established practices and building alignment across countries and organizational levels.
• Fluency in English is required; German or another European language is an advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally within the region is also required.
