We are currently expanding our international network of freelance auditors to support a major holiday villa inspection programme in France and Ital y. Available Positio ns 🇫🇷 POSITION 1 – Southern & Western France We ar e looking for a Freelance Health & Safety Auditor to cover approximately 66 holiday villas across two main regions: Occit anie – Southern France

* Île d’Oléron Candi dates based in either region are welcome to apply. The portfolio may be divided geographically depending on the successful candidate’s location and availabili ty. 🇮🇹 POSITION 2 – Italy We a re looking for a Freelance Health & Safety Auditor based in Italy to conduct on-site Health & Safety inspections of private holiday villas. Cand idates with good regional knowledge, flexibility and the ability to organise geographically efficient inspection routes are encouraged to apply. Spec ific locations and the number of assigned properties will be discussed during the selection process. Key Responsibilities
* Co nduct on-site Health & Safety inspections of holiday villas.
* Ass ess fire safety, swimming pools, balconies, stairs and other potential hazards.
* Com plete digital audit reports using HotelCheck’s online platform.
* Doc ument safety findings with photographs and supporting comments.
* Coo rdinate inspection appointments with property owners or representatives.
* Org anise efficient inspection routes by geographical area.
* Con duct remote inspections using HotelCheck’s LiveAudit+ solution where appropriate and authorised. Cand idate Requirements
* Pr evious experience in Health & Safety auditing, property inspections, hospitality or tourism.
* Flu ent French for the France position or Italian for the Italy position.
* Goo d working knowledge of English.
* Bas ed in or near the relevant geographical area.
* Fre elance/self-employed status, with the ability to issue invoices.
* Val id driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Str ong organisational and communication skills.
* Ava ilability to begin inspections as soon as possible. What
