Senior IT Project Manager – Microsoft 365

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join a major organization operating in the Aerospace & Defence sector and lead strategic Microsoft 365 transformation projects. You will work in a complex international environment, coordinating technical teams, architects, business stakeholders and governance teams, with responsibility for projects from initial scoping through deployment and transition to operations. Your mission You will lead complex and transversal IT projects related to the modernization and governance of Microsoft 365 services. A key part of the assignment will focus on defining and implementing a robust Microsoft licensing governance model, including usage mapping, license allocation and optimization processes, KPIs and reporting. You will also contribute to the transformation of the Exchange Online mailbox lifecycle, aligning creation, modification, conversion, archiving and deletion processes with identity and access management processes. The role includes project planning, risk and dependency management, governance, steering committees, stakeholder coordination, reporting, change management and ensuring the quality of project deliverables. Your background You have strong senior-level experience managing complex IT transformation projects and a solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Exchange Online. You are comfortable working with identity and access governance topics and can effectively interact with technical experts and architects. You have strong experience in project governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder management and change management, using Agile, V-cycle or hybrid methodologies. You are autonomous, structured and comfortable working in complex environments involving multiple technical and business stakeholders. Professional English is required. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage. Working conditions The position is based in Vélizy-Villacoublay, with 3 days per week on-site and 2 days remote. The initial contract is for one year, with the possibility of internalization by the client afterwards. This opportunity is intended for candidates looking for an employed position.
