• Managing and anticipating guest requests
• Organizing tailor-made experiences: private chefs, yachts, drivers, restaurants, wellness and more
• Coordinating arrivals, check-ins and check-outs
• Working closely with our network of trusted local partners
• Handling last-minute requests and finding solutions on the ground
• Contributing to a seamless and highly personalized guest experience We are looking for people who genuinely love hospitality: proactive, organized, discreet, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a discerning international clientele.
