Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build next-generation security intelligence — and we need real practitioners to make it happen. As a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst, you'll apply your hands-on security experience to analyze, classify, and evaluate realistic enterprise threat scenarios that directly train and improve cutting-edge AI models. This is a rare opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact work at the intersection of cybersecurity and frontier AI — on your own schedule, from anywhere in the world. Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios drawn from modern enterprise environments Review firewall, EDR, and infrastructure security cases to identify what went wrong and why Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on realistic operational data Create, label, and validate security datasets used to train and evaluate AI systems Clearly articulate root causes, attack paths, and business impact in structured formats Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security Solid familiarity with firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise tooling Deep understanding of how real organizations deploy and operate security controls Able to break down complex security issues into clear, structured explanations Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience in incident response, threat hunting, or red/blue team operations Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or CIS Controls Background working in SOC, NOC, or enterprise IT security environments Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI projects with top-tier research labs Fully remote and async — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, flexibility, and collaboration with a global expert community Your security expertise creates lasting impact on how AI understands and responds to real-world threats Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
