The opportunity
We are looking for a Communication Intern with a sharp eye, strong digital instincts, and a genuine interest in culture, design, and creative industries.
You will join a fast-moving environment where communication sits at the intersection of content, image, storytelling and brand. From social media to visual assets and editorial content, you will help bring our projects, ideas and identity to life across different channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and highly organised: someone who enjoys producing beautiful content, but also knows how to anticipate, prioritise and keep things moving.
What you will do
You will support the team across a wide range of communication projects, including:
Planning and Coordination
• Coordinating content and information with different internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the planning and management of our social media presence and editorial calendar.
• Organising communication assets, visuals, templates and content libraries.
• Keeping track of deadlines, upcoming needs and priorities, and ideally spotting what needs to happen before being asked.
• Following digital, social and cultural trends to bring fresh ideas to the team. Content Creation
• Creating engaging content for social media, digital platforms, website, newsletters and presentations.
• Ensuring consistency across our visual identity and messaging.
• Designing and adapting visual assets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and CapCut. Content Writing and Storytelling
• Helping translate projects, news and initiatives into clear, compelling stories across different platforms, adapting the content, messaging and tone of voice to the format (website editorial, newsletters, social media text). You may also have the opportunity to contribute to broader projects related to brand, culture, editorial content and creative communication for our different sister companies. Who we are looking for You are currently completing, or have recently completed, a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital, Media or a related field. A double degree or complementary academic background in culture, art history, museums, heritage, design or creative industries would be particularly interesting. You are:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Naturally comfortable with digital communication and social media.
• A strong writer, able to adapt your style to different formats and to bring a tone of voice to life in your copy.
• Confident using the Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign, After Effects and Photoshop).
• Equipped with good critical thinking skills and a solid understanding of the cultural world and its ecosystem.
• Organised, structured and attentive to detail.
• Curious, creative and visually sensitive.
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs and next steps.
• Comfortable juggling several topics without losing sight of deadlines.
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively but can also take ownership of their work. We’re looking for someone who can join us as soon as possible and has a valid convention de stage. Nice to have: knowledge of Figma, video editing tools, photography and other creative tools is a plus. What will make you stand out You are genuinely interested in the cultural world, cultural diplomacy, museums, exhibitions, architecture, design or storytelling. You understand that good communication is not just about making something look good. It is about knowing what to say, how to say it, when to say it and how to make each audience want to pay attention. You combine a strong visual sensibility with curiosity, initiative and excellent organisation.
