Chargé(e) d’Affaires confirmé(e) – Senior Account Manager H/F Département Grands Comptes Internationaux

ATRADIUS CREDITO Y CAUCION N° 2 mondial de l’assurance-crédit et des solutions de crédit management, notre Groupe répond aux besoins des entreprises en matière de protection contre les impayés et de gestion de leur poste clients. You will join our Global France department, working with international clients from our French office, with occasional travel required. As a recognized Account Management expert, you will provide guidance on complex negotiations, develop team capabilities through knowledge sharing and coaching, contribute to international and cross-functional initiatives, and represent Atradius across our client and broker network. Your role :
• Own a portfolio of international key accounts end to end, from day-to-day servicing and executive relationship management through renewal and development,
• Drive retention, sustainable portfolio value and profitable growth by understanding each client’s business model, priorities and evolving risk-management needs,
• Lead renewal strategy and commercial negotiations, balancing customer value, pricing, risk appetite and long-term relationship objectives,
• Build trusted relationships with clients and brokers, creating regular senior-level dialogue and translating feedback into clear actions,
• Identify opportunities to broaden relationships through relevant Atradius products, services and solutions, working with specialist teams where appropriate,
• Coordinate the Atradius international network for multinational programmes, bringing together colleagues across countries and functions to provide a consistent client experience,
• Take ownership of complex situations, anticipating issues and mobilising Risk Services, Claims, Collections, Policy, Legal and other stakeholders to reach pragmatic solutions,
• Ensure policy structures, renewals, credit-limit topics and account records are managed accurately and in line with local requirements and internal governance,
• Use portfolio data, market intelligence and client insight to prepare decisions, challenge assumptions and support informed commercial choices.

Your profile
• Proven experience in Account Management, trade credit insurance, credit management, brokerage, banking or B2B financial services.
• Strong commercial judgement and customer focus, with a good understanding of profitability and risk.
• Confidence handling complex international stakeholders and influencing decisions without relying on formal authority.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A growth mindset, with strong relationship-building skills and alignment with Atradius’ values. Nos avantages Atradius :
