This role provides practical experience in higher education administration and information systems while supporting the daily operations of an innovative international college.
Key Responsibilities
Student Information System Management ● Support the Registrar in maintaining and updating student records in our comprehensive Student Information System (SIS). ● Assist with enrollment processes, grade recording, and transcript generation. ● Ensure data accuracy and compliance with academic policies and French higher education regulations. ● Support student registration processes and course scheduling coordination. Learning Management System Administration ● Help maintain and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) for a seamless student and faculty experience. ● Assist with course setup, user management, and system troubleshooting. ● Support integration between various educational technology platforms. Student Communication & Support ● Manage routine communications with students regarding academic matters, deadlines, and procedural requirements. ● Respond to student inquiries about transcripts, enrollment status, and academic records. ● Coordinate with faculty and academic departments on student-related administrative matters. ● Assist in creating and updating student handbooks and procedural documentation. Process Improvement & Research ● Research best practices in academic administration and student information management. ● Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. ● Support compliance with French higher education administrative requirements.
