Villebon-sur-Yvette, France 💼 Activity: In-Stock Asset Validation 🔧 Scope of Work
• Validate all available IT assets and peripherals in the stock/IT storage room.
• Update the inventory file with validation status.
• Capture photos of each asset/peripheral with the serial number clearly visible.
• Share the updated inventory file and photos after completion.
• Identify and document any additional devices not listed in the inventory. 📋 Additional Checks The technician will also need to verify:
• Availability of a dedicated IT/stock storage room
• Secured access
• CCTV coverage
• Full CCTV visibility of the storage area
• Access by teams other than Field IT
• Confirmation of the technician's updated email details 🧰 Tools Required 💻 Laptop with Excel access 📱 Mobile phone with hotspot 👤 Requirements
• Previous experience in IT Asset Validation / Inventory / Field IT Support
• Ability to work independently onsite
• Good communication skills in English and the local language
• Professional onsite conduct
