Macon On-Site Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our nonwoven manufacturing team. This role serves as the primary link between our customers, our internal ERP systems, and our logistics department. The ideal candidate will excel at building long-term customer relationships while managing the technical details of order processing and delivery scheduling. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Pro-actively develops and manages strong business relationships using telephone and email resources to prospect accounts.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for existing customers, efficiently utilizing all forms of communication to identify and bring to closure any customer needs.
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Follow-up and proactively approach leads which come in via external methods (e.g., website, phone, email, social media)
• Independently manage smaller accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive support.
• Track and monitor leads/ prospects and file in CRM (Crisp); become a CRM Regional Representative. Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or Relevant Work Experience (Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management preferred)
• Relevant post qualifying certifications (ERP System {SAP preferred}, Microsoft office, CRM system)
• Ability to work well and prioritize in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. Must act with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
• Highly effective telesales skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding phone etiquette
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
