The role involves coordinating and participating in volunteer activities, supporting community events, and assisting with the planning and logistics of local projects. Daily tasks may include communicating with community partners, welcoming and guiding volunteers, preparing materials and resources, and ensuring activities run smoothly and safely. The role also includes collecting feedback, documenting outcomes, and contributing ideas to improve future initiatives. Collaboration with colleagues, clear communication, and a strong commitment to community service are central to the position. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to plan activities, coordinate logistics, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills to respond to changing circumstances and support volunteers in diverse situations.
• Candidates should possess basic administrative and documentation skills to track participation, record outcomes, and prepare simple reports.
• Candidates should possess a demonstrated commitment to community service, reliability in on-site work, and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
• Previous experience in volunteering, community outreach, event coordination, or nonprofit work is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in French and basic English communication skills are advantageous for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
