Role Description The Chef de Project is a full-time, on-site role based in Brive-la-Gaillarde, responsible for managing project activities from planning through completion. This role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, oversees timelines, and ensures that project deliverables meet quality, cost, and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and monitoring expediting activities, reviewing inspection reports, tracking logistics processes, and addressing risks and deviations. The position requires preparing project documentation, status reports, and dashboards, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and internal procedures. The Chef de Project will also support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams. Qualifications
• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.
• Experience as an Expeditor with expertise in Expediting to coordinate suppliers, track deliveries, and maintain schedule adherence.
• Inspection skills to review and validate quality standards, documentation, and conformity of parts and assemblies.
• Logistics Management capabilities to oversee material flows, inventory coordination, and transportation activities.
• Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, industrial management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Brive-la-Gaillarde and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in standard office and project management tools.
