About the Role
TITANICOM is seeking an experienced IT Operations Expert to support large-scale data center operations and international IT infrastructure projects in Paris, France. This position focuses on on-site IDC operations, server hardware maintenance, infrastructure troubleshooting, incident management, and operational process improvement. The successful candidate must have strong technical capabilities, practical experience in physical data center environments, and the ability to independently resolve infrastructure issues while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Fluent Chinese/Mandarin and at least 3 years of hands-on data center operations experience are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily on-site data center IT operations, maintenance, inspections, and technical support under a 5×8 working schedule.
• Troubleshoot server hardware issues involving HDDs/SSDs, CPUs, GPUs, memory, and other IT components.
• Perform server installation, hardware replacement, rack-and-stack operations, equipment deployment, and decommissioning.
• Support structured cabling activities, including copper and fiber-optic cable installation, replacement, labeling, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to incidents, manage work orders and service requests, and ensure timely resolution in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Independently investigate complex IT infrastructure faults, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate corrective actions.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve SOP/EOP procedures and operational workflows.
• Identify operational risks, establish preventive measures, and ensure infrastructure reliability and service continuity.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to support daily operations and infrastructure projects.
• Drive operational improvements, optimize team efficiency, and support technical documentation and reporting. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications
• Fluent Chinese/Mandarin communication skills are mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in physical data center (IDC) IT operations, maintenance, or infrastructure support.
• Proven experience in server hardware installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and component replacement.
• Practical knowledge of server infrastructure, network equipment, structured cabling, and fiber-optic connectivity.
• Experience handling incidents, technical work orders, and service requests within SLA requirements.
• Familiarity with SOP/EOP procedures, risk assessment, and operational incident management.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve hardware and infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Paris, France. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in large-scale or hyperscale data center environments.
• Familiarity with server hardware from Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, or similar vendors.
• Experience with asset management, hardware lifecycle management, and inventory control.
• Experience in root cause analysis, operational process optimization, or technical project coordination.
• Previous experience mentoring technicians or coordinating small technical teams.
• English or French communication skills. Please note: This position requires practical, hands-on experience in a physical data center environment. Candidates with only general office IT support, software development, cloud administration, or project management experience without physical IDC operations exposure may not meet the technical requirements.
