Associate / Senior Associate – Turnaround & Restructuring

The Team Our Paris Operational Turnaround Team Supports French And International Corporates, Private Equity Sponsors, And Their Portfolio Companies In Complex And High-pressure Environments, Including
• Operational underperformance
• Margin erosion and profitability deterioration
• Liquidity constraints
• Preventive restructuring procedures (mandat ad hoc, conciliation)
• Formal proceedings (safeguard, judicial reorganization)

• As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will play an active analytical role in operational turnaround programs, working closely with senior team members on: Diagnostics & Performance Assessment
• Contributing to short-cycle operational and financial diagnostics
• Helping identify root causes of underperformance
• Analyzing cost structures, margin drivers and operational KPIs Implementation Support
• Supporting cost reduction and restructuring initiatives
• Contributing to working capital optimization analysis
• Assisting with operational process improvement work (procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, SG&A efficiency) and KPI tracking Restructuring & Complex Situations
• Supporting operational workstreams in preventive and formal restructuring contexts
• Preparing analysis that feeds into turnaround plans presented to boards and stakeholders Deliverables & Development
• Preparing high-quality supporting analysis and deliverables under senior guidance
• Participating in client workshops and steering committees, building the foundations for future client-facing responsibility Qualifications
• Strong academic background with experience in a Restructuring team at a leading consultancy firm or Big Four.
• Experience in operational consulting, restructuring, performance improvement, transaction services with operational exposure, or corporate transformation role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cost reduction, operational improvement or value creation programs
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of operational value drivers and KPI frameworks
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness
