English version YOUR ROLE You'll Be Part Of Our Optical Custom Business Line, Delivering Unique Solutions To Our Key Account Customer In The Field Of Image Sensor, Optical Sensing And Micro-optics. As Program Manager, You'll Be Accountable From Start To Finish, Ensuring The Product Is Delivered On Time, Within Scope, And With The Expected Business Results. Your Principle Accountabilities Will Be
• Lead the team to achieve project goals.
• Lead the communication with the customer.
• Define and control project scope and changes.
• Maintain project plans and take action to keep the project on track.
• Set priorities and make decisions to balance customer and business needs.
• Track milestones, progress, costs, resources, and risks. Your Skills & Experiences
• Experienced in Program Management, ideally in Semiconductor or high-tech
• Experienced in optical sense or imaging product delivery would be advantageous
• Extensive knowledge of PM tools & methods (PMP certified advantageous)
• Excellence in communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong English business proficiency is a must. Version française VOTRE RÔLE Vous ferez partie de notre Optical Custom Business Line, en apportant des solutions uniques à notre client Key Account dans le domaine des capteurs d’image, de la détection optique et de la micro-optique. En tant que Program Manager, vous serez responsable de bout en bout, en veillant à ce que le produit soit livré dans les délais, dans le périmètre défini et avec les résultats business attendus. Vos Principales Responsabilités Seront
• Piloter l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs du projet.
• Assurer la communication avec le client.
• Définir et contrôler le périmètre du projet ainsi que les changements.
• Maintenir les plans de projet et prendre les actions nécessaires pour garder le projet sur les rails.
• Définir les priorités et prendre les décisions permettant d’équilibrer les besoins du client et ceux de l’entreprise.
• Suivre les jalons, l’avancement, les coûts, les ressources et les risques. VOS COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCES
• Expérience en gestion de programme, idéalement dans le semi-conducteur ou un environnement high-tech.
• Une expérience dans la livraison de produits liés à la détection optique ou à l’imagerie serait un plus.
• Excellente maîtrise des outils et méthodes de gestion de projet (certification PMP appréciée).
• Excellentes compétences en communication avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais indispensable.
