• Contact Operator We are seeking diligent and skilled Operators to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Machine Operation: Operate various types of machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitoring: Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from standards, and make necessary adjustments.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and compliance with specifications, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any maintenance or repair activities.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, seeking assistance from maintenance personnel when necessary.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate activities and ensure seamless production operations. Qualifications
•
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
•
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Problem-Solving
Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues effectively.
• Communication
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and convey information.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods.
• Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
