• Lead the production, coordination and governance of regulatory, legal and legalization documentation, ensuring regulatory records, dossiers, certificates and supporting documentation remain accurate, compliant, traceable and readily accessible throughout their lifecycle. Support Veeva document management activities, archive governance, user support, training and continuous improvement of documentation processes
• Support budget tracking, capacity planning and demand forecasting for the documentation and legalization activities, anticipating business needs and workload fluctuations. Contribute to digital transformation, operational excellence, process harmonization and system enhancement initiatives while fostering a strong one-team mindset and collaborative partnerships across functions YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Regulatory Documentation, Legalization & Archive Management
• Lead the production, coordination and maintenance of regulatory, legal and legalization documentation, ensuring timely delivery of compliant dossiers, certificates, study reports and supporting records for registrations and product lifecycle management
• Manage regulatory archives and documentation repositories, ensuring document governance, version control, retention, traceability, accessibility and inspection readiness in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
• Coordinate document collection, review, certification, notarization and legalization activities with internal stakeholders and external partners to support global regulatory and business needs Regulatory Systems, Knowledge Management & User Support
• Serve as the business administrator and subject matter expert for regulatory documentation and records management within Veeva and related document management systems. Manage document governance, system configuration, user support, and training, while providing guidance on documentation requirements, best practices, and information retrieval Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation & Strategic Projects
• Drive the harmonization, optimization, and digital transformation of global documentation, legalization and records management processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, automation, and user experience. Support system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing documentation and regulatory information expertise to strategic business projects, including due diligence, acquisitions, divestments, in-licensing, litigation, and other corporate initiatives Planning, Budget & Business Support
• Support budget monitoring, reporting and forecasting activities related to documentation, legalization and regulatory systems services
• Contribute to capacity planning and workload forecasting to anticipate future business needs, resource requirements and service demands. Monitor documentation metrics, service levels and operational performance indicators to support proactive decision-making and resource planning ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main

requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Regulatory Sciences, Information Management or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Documentation, Regulatory Information Management or Records Management within a regulated industry
• Experience working with Veeva or equivalent document and regulatory information management systems
• Strong organizational, planning and document control skills with high attention to detail and quality
• Experience supporting process harmonization, operational excellence, system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to support budget tracking, workload monitoring, capacity planning and reporting activities
• Strong communication, training and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused and one-team mindset
• Proactive, collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
