Job description
YOUR ROLE As part of your studies, you are currently looking for an internship (Master’s in business, engineering, digital transformation, data/AI, information systems, project management or a related field). You will join the Global Business Services (GBS) Digital team. You will be the central point of contact for artificial intelligence topics across all GBS centers. Your role: consolidate AI initiatives from the different centers, coordinate the AI Ambassadors program, and give clear visibility on the AI portfolio, its priorities and its progress. In practice, you will build and maintain the centralized inventory of GBS AI projects and use cases. You will set up a governance and reporting framework, and produce dashboards and summaries ready for management. This internship will give you hands-on experience in portfolio management, executive communication, community management and digital transformation, and help you build a wide network within a global AI community. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• AI portfolio management: You will consolidate the GBS AI project portfolio (purpose, scope, owners, status, milestones, benefits, risks, dependencies, next steps). You will keep a clear overview of use cases, identify overlaps and synergies, and contribute to portfolio prioritization and governance.
• Cross-center coordination: You will be the central coordination point for AI topics across GBS centers, making sure information is gathered, structured and shared with the right stakeholders.
• AI Ambassadors program: You will run the community and contact network, onboard new members, steer communication and engagement actions, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Governance & reporting: You will organize governance routines, workshops and community sessions (agendas, decisions, action tracking). You will prepare dashboards, portfolio reviews, meeting materials and executive summaries, and help define common reporting practices.
• AI monitoring & studies: You will track relevant AI topics, trends and initiatives inside and outside the Group, and turn them into concise summaries or opportunities for GBS. You will also contribute, as needed, to ad hoc studies, communication campaigns and the Digital team’s priorities. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
