du poste Role purpose:Ensure effective relations with the stakeholders concerned by OW activities in France, follow up on the commitments made through the call for tenders and authorizations, and maintain a climate of trust and confidence across the territories where we operate. Responsabilités
• Contributes to the development of OW’s French offshore wind farms’ Stakeholder Management Plan and its regular review.
• Supports the implementation of the Stakeholder Management Plan, including:
• Organising events to communicate and promote the offshore wind farm.
• Identifying and developing activities, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities to support the territorial integration of offshore wind farms, as well as negotiating and managing related agreements.
• Participating in key events and representing OW and/or its projects with external stakeholders.
• Engaging with key project stakeholders, particularly local communities, public authorities, and environmental organisations, to communicate on project developments, listen to their concerns, and ensure these are considered whenever possible.
• Organisings regular stakeholder meetings to support this objective.
• Identifying communications opportunities and risks related to stakeholder relations for OW’s offshore wind farms.
• Developing, in coordination with the OW Corporate and national Communication team, a comprehensive set of communication materials and media to promote and raise awareness of OW France's activities, both internally (e.g. updated talking points and briefing materials) and externally (e.g. exhibitions, events, website content, newsletters).
• Providing stakeholder management support and guidance to the project team and OW corporate functions.
• Ensuring stakeholder engagement and communications activities are aligned with OW’s procedures, guidelines and positioning.
• Takes responsibility for the contracting of certain services required for the implementation of the Stakeholder Management Plan, including:
• During the contractor selection phase:
• Drafting the scope of work and technical specifications.
• Contributing to the evaluation of proposals and the selection of the preferred supplier.
• Once the contractor has been appointed:
• Managing, or supporting the management of, the services provided, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables and completed work.
• Ensures the project's compliance with commitments, agreements, and authorisations made towards local stakeholders and relevant authorities.
• Monitors and reports on stakeholder relations, as well as the positioning and reputation of OW and its offshore wind farms at local level.
• Contributes to the budgeting process, including cost forecasting and monitoring of stakeholder management-related expenditures. Qualifications
• Master’s degree in public relations or territory animation. Compétences requises
• 3 years of experience in relations with political actors, associations, local development preferably at regional level (Pays de la Loire) or in the energy sector.
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment, a consortium or joint venture.

• Languages: French mandatory and English (spoken and written).
• Location & Travel: Role based in Nantes or Paris, with regular travels to OW and project sites. Compétences préférées
