Outsourcing Advantage (OSA Global) is a boutique business process outsourcing provider specializing in back-office and customer support services for US-based companies. We are seeking an experienced Office Furniture Designer to create accurate, functional, and visually appealing office furniture layouts for US-based clients.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly) and Adobe Illustrator, with strong experience in office furniture design, space planning, and creating detailed furniture layouts. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to interpret floor plans and project requirements, and strong English communication skills when collaborating with clients, sales teams, designers, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing office furniture layouts, preparing design presentations, incorporating revisions, and ensuring all designs meet client requirements, space constraints, and established design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create 2D and 3D office furniture layouts using Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly) Design layouts for workstations, cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, and other commercial spaces Develop design presentations and visual concepts using Adobe Illustrator Review floor plans, dimensions, and project requirements for accuracy Incorporate client feedback and design revisions Select appropriate furniture configurations based on space, functionality, and client requirements Maintain accurate design files and documentation Collaborate with clients, sales teams, designers, and project stakeholders Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards Requirements 2+ years of experience in office furniture design, space planning, interior design, or a related field Proven experience as an Office Furniture Designer, Space Planner, Furniture Designer, or similar role Proficiency in Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Strong understanding of office furniture layouts and space planning Ability to interpret floor plans and measurements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to work during U.
S. business hours Reliable internet, computer equipment, headset, quiet workspace, and backup power Preferred Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: Experience supporting US-based clients Experience working with commercial office furniture companies, dealers, or manufacturers Familiarity with office furniture catalogs and product specifications Knowledge of workplace ergonomics and space utilization Experience preparing furniture proposals or client presentations Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus Benefits Opportunity to work on diverse commercial office furniture projects Supportive and collaborative work environment Weekly payments Weekends off Growth opportunities Opportunity to work with US-based clients and international teams Possibility of conversion from temporary to permanent employment based on performance and business needs
