Your Role And Responsibilities As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation, you will help clients develop strategies that create and sustain competitive advantages. You will identify the necessary strategic capabilities and assess client performance gaps to drive comprehensive transformation recommendations. Required Technical And Professional Expertise
• Strong expertise in Finance Transformation, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Proven experience in end-to-end Finance process transformation within an industrial environment.
• Expertise in AI applied to business processes, including intelligent automation, Generative AI, AI agents, and copilots.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and design high-value AI use cases aligned with business needs.
• Experience in defining Target Operating Models (TOM) and driving organizational transformation.
• Strong experience in business case development and assessing ROI and productivity gains.
• Experience leading transformation projects across Finance, IT, and Data.
• Excellent consulting and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior Finance stakeholders, including CFOs, Heads of Finance, and Shared Services Leaders.
• Good understanding of Agentic AI approaches and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and French. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
• Experience with Process Mining / Process Intelligence.
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in Industry / Manufacturing / Chemicals.
• Experience delivering transformation programs combining AI, automation, and operational optimization.
• Experience in sales and business development related to Finance Transformation and AI offerings.
• Cloud or AI certification.
