ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? We want you to be a part of our team, from Strasbourg, as a ServiceNow Developer. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- ServiceNow solution architecture and development for HAM, SAM/SAM Pro, ITAM and CMDB.
- Configure and enhance asset lifecycle, software licensing, entitlements, reconciliation and optimization processes.
- Develop JavaScript, workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies and custom components.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub and MID Server.
- Ensure HAM/SAM–ITAM–CMDB integration, data quality and Discovery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations, integrations and custom developments.
- Support upgrades, testing, validation, code reviews, security and best practices.
- Produce technical documentation and provide technical guidance / knowledge transfer. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience for the nature of tasks. The consultant must demonstrate experience in:
- ServiceNow Development & Solution Architecture
- HAM / SAM Pro / ITAM
- JavaScript & ServiceNow Scripting
- Workflows, Business Rules & Platform Components
- Integrations, APIs, IntegrationHub & MID Server
- CMDB / CSDM & Configuration Management
- Asset Lifecycle & Software Licensing
- ServiceNow Releases, Upgrades & Enhancements
- Large Enterprise IT Environments
- Strong English & Stakeholder Communication -Assets: CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CSA, CAD, CTA, ITIL -Advantage: EU institutions / security-sensitive environments
