About the Role
We are looking for a Crypto Market Maker to run and optimize quoting strategies across spot and derivatives markets. You will manage inventory and risk, tune strategy parameters, and work closely with quants and developers to improve spreads, fill quality, and PnL.
Key Responsibilities
• Run and monitor market-making strategies on centralized and decentralized venues across spot, futures, and perpetual markets
• Manage inventory, hedging, and exposure within approved risk limits
• Tune quoting parameters (spreads, order sizes, skew, refresh rates) based on volatility, liquidity, and order flow
• Analyze fill rates, adverse selection, slippage, fees, and rebates to improve strategy profitability
• Monitor PnL, latency, connectivity, and strategy health in real time; respond quickly to incidents and market dislocations
• Manage relationships with exchanges and token projects, including market-making agreements and fee tiers
• Collaborate with quants and engineers to develop new strategies, improve execution, and extend to new venues and assets
• Prepare performance and risk reports for management Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in market making or electronic trading (crypto, equities, futures, or FX)
• Strong understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, and inventory risk
• Experience with exchange APIs (REST, WebSocket, FIX) and live strategy operations
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data analysis
• Solid knowledge of crypto market structure, derivatives mechanics, and margining
