We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Resort and Logistics Assistant to join our team in Val d’Isère, working across our serviced apartments and catered chalets. Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in France, either through an EU passport or a valid Carte de Séjour. Role Overview This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our resort teams in delivering a 5-star guest experience. As part of our Resort Assistant team, you will work across both our serviced apartments and catered chalets. The primary focus of this role is to provide meticulous housekeeping for guests staying in our serviced apartments, while also supporting our chalet teams with all aspects of the hosting service. Main Responsibilities Housekeeping: Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean of the entire property and a midweek linen change. Providing daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen and the spa area. Ensuring the back-of-house and laundry areas remain clean, well-organised, and efficient. Stock: Co-ordination of stock and linen required in the property, as well as monitoring laundry standards of external supplier and reporting any issues. Shopping: Assisting with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping. Maintenance: completing daily checks of property and reporting any damage or issues to the Apartment Manager. Light maintenance duties with escalation where necessary. Health & Safety: Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies. Driving Duties: Providing the in-resort driving service for guests as needed. Guest Concierge: Covering the phone available to guests on managers day off. Regular snow and ice clearing of the Serviced properties. Linen collection and delivery for the Serviced Properties with focus on towel change and changeover day. Delivery of stock, guest shopping and consumables. Weekly shopping trip. Package Our teams work hard, and we recognise this by offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Holiday pay (due to the busy nature of the winter season, it may not be possible to take holiday; therefore, you will be paid your holiday pay at the end of your employment contract). Accommodation with a shared bedroom and facilities. Meals will be provided whilst working. Full area ski pass reimbursement. Travel contribution if you are joining us from another location.
