• Performance & Standards: Leverage internal data to track performance by trainer, cohort and studio. Set clear expectations for teaching quality, reliability and class growth. Ensure consistent programming across markets and address issues directly.
• Communication & Culture: Serve as the primary voice to our national trainer team on standards, policies and changes. Lead team-wide communication and own trainer retention and engagement.
• Studio Launch Readiness: Own trainer staffing and readiness for new studio openings. Coordinate recruitment and training timelines, provide on-site leadership during key launch periods and ensure new teams receive consistent support after opening.
• Planning & Systems: Anticipate staffing needs and build a pipeline for growth and succession. Create systems that give leadership a clear view of talent strengths and risks, and partner with Marketing, Operations and studio managers on everything that touches trainers. Qualifications

Experience in boutique fitness, entertainment or another multi-location service business is particularly relevant. Prior fitness teaching experience is welcome but not required.
• A strong ability to recognize potential and make thoughtful hiring and talent decisions.
• Experience managing people, setting priorities and holding teams accountable.
• Commercial judgment and an understanding of how individual performance contributes to client loyalty and business results.

• Proficiency with gathering and analyzing data, and the judgment to turn utilization and attendance trends into decisions.
• A clear, steady communicator who can hold consistent standards across many people and locations and deliver hard feedback with warmth and directness
• A commitment to learning SotoMethod deeply enough to assess teaching quality and protect the client experience.
