Your Role As part of the COO Office, you will operate at the heart of Capgemini Invent's leadership agenda, working directly with global executives to shape and execute the firm's most critical transformation priorities. This highly visible role combines the ownership of a global transformation leader, and a unique opportunity to influence how Invent evolves as a truly global and AI-powered consulting business.
• Drive governance, performance management and executive decision-making across Invent's flagship transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes and sustainable organizational change.
• Lead a high-profile global transformation program shaping the future of Capgemini Invent across geographies, industries, and practices.
• Act as a strategic partner to the COO Office, contributing to executive priorities including AI transformation, operating model evolution, workforce transformation, innovation initiatives and special projects sponsored by Invent's global leadership team.
• Lead the next phase of Invent's Knowledge Management transformation, leveraging AI to scale expertise, accelerate knowledge reuse across countries and practices, and support emerging cybersecurity transformation priorities.

Your Profile
• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation or program leadership within complex international organizations.
• Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and business impact.
• Proven track record of leading global transformation initiatives involving governance, change management and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Strong interest in the future of consulting, including AI adoption, knowledge management and organizational transformation.
