We are currently looking for an Industrial Methods Engineer to join an industrialisation team based in Belfort.
The role will support the industrial launch of complex equipment and will focus on defining, structuring and improving manufacturing and assembly processes.
You will analyse technical inputs such as BOMs, product specifications and quality requirements, define manufacturing sequences and assembly operations, prepare work instructions and operating procedures, identify the required tooling and production resources, and define control and traceability points. You will also contribute to the creation and maintenance of manufacturing routings within the ERP and support the consistency between routings, BOMs and technical documentation.
We are looking for someone with around 1 to 5 years of experience in Methods Engineering, Industrialisation, Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, ideally within the Automotive or Energy sector. Experience in assembly environments, production ramp-up, prototype-to-series transition, work instructions, BOMs and ERP systems would be highly relevant.
A Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. French is important for the role, as the position involves regular interaction with production and industrial teams.
The position is based in Belfort, with 1 day of remote work per week.
This is a 1-year fixed-term employment contract, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs and performance.
This opportunity is intended for candidates looking for an employment contract rather than freelance assignments.
If you are interested in industrialisation, manufacturing methods and working closely with production teams in a hands-on industrial environment, we would be happy to hear from you.
