• Our human mission is to support our consultants in their personal and professional development Mission Context: We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to contribute to the evolution and modernization of banking applications in Basel. Working closely with business stakeholders, software developers and IT teams, you will translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support the delivery of reliable IT solutions. Your
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business users and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout implementation.
• Support system integration, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions. Key
Skills:
• Strong experience in IT Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
• Knowledge of banking processes, applications or financial services environments.
• Experience with process mapping and functional specifications.
• Understanding of software development and system integration.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, UML or BPMN.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
Your Profile
• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
• Experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Based in Switzerland or willing to work in Basel. Speak soon
