At Solmax, a global leader in geosynthetic solutions, we contribute to sustainable infrastructure projects, environmental protection initiatives, and industrial applications. Our site in Les Mureaux is the group’s only EMEA facility that manufactures woven geosynthetics.
We are hiring a:
Laboratory Quality Coordinator (M/F)
Position based in Bezons (95), then in Les Mureaux starting in 2027.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will oversee quality control of products and materials, ensure service continuity, and contribute to the transfer of quality activities from Linz to Les Mureaux following specialized training.
Your main responsibilities
• Oversee inspections, validate batches, and enter them into SAP
• Analyze production results and contribute to process improvement.
• Ensure the compliance of laboratory tests, methods, equipment, and documentation, particularly in accordance with ISO 17025.
• Manage certifications, product documentation, quality certificates, and specific customer requests.
• Handle nonconformities and complaints, then follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage the laboratory team, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with 5S, Lean, COFRAC, and HSE requirements.
Your Profile
• Two-year post-secondary degree in quality assurance, industrial logistics, or organizational management.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial quality control, ideally in technical textiles, polymers, plastics processing, or materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and English is required; German is a plus. Qualities that will make a difference
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Analytical skills and ability to prioritize.
• Team player.
• Compliance with quality and HSE standards.
