Tracklab is hiring a Product Lead to take our platform to the next level: the system of record that 120+ industrial companies rely on every day to manage supplier and product compliance data.
You’ll join a small team of 5 engineers, 1 product manager and an AI Engineer, working directly with Nicolas our cofounder.
Tracklab 🏭
🚀 Our mission: Tracklab is building the system of record for regulated supply chains.
Today, in critical industries such as food & beverage, chemicals, packaging, flavors & fragrances, animal nutrition and pharma, compliance data still moves through emails, PDFs and Excel files.
As regulations accelerate across Europe and globally (technical data, product safety, sustainability frameworks & ESG), this creates:
• Major regulatory exposure
• Product recalls costing hundreds of thousands to millions of euros
• Poor data reliability
• Heavy operational friction Tracklab provides the infrastructure layer that allows industrial companies to collect, structure, validate and securely share trusted supplier and product data in an auditable, AI-native way. 120+ industrial clients 40k+ connected suppliers 🔥 Our ambition is simple become the infrastructure standard companies rely on to operate in an increasingly regulated world. Each Tracklab deployment starts as a SaaS platform implemented within a single industrial company, structuring its compliance and operational data. But the real power comes from what happens next. As companies invite their suppliers and partners onto the platform, these individual deployments connect together, forming a trusted data network across supply chains. 👥 A strong team Tracklab was founded in the end of 2022 by:
• Nicolas Henry (Ponts & Chaussées, Columbia University, ex-Uber San Francisco)
• Fadel Bennani (HEC Paris, ex-Bain & Company) You will report directly to Nicolas Henry, co-founder, and work hand in hand with our Engineering & Data team as well as our Operations team. The Role We are at the point where product can no longer be co-piloted between the founders and a single PM. We are looking for a Product Lead who takes full ownership of the product function: discovery, roadmap, specifications, delivery quality, and the team. ⚖️ This is a hands-on leadership role: roughly 60% individual contribution on our hardest problems, 40% structuring the product function (rituals, standards, mentoring, hiring) and grow rapidly into a broader strategic role. 🇫🇷🇺🇸 The main language is French, but English proficiency is a must-have. What you'll own 🧭 The product roadmap end to end From client discovery and business objectives to prioritization, arbitration and delivery. You own the "why" and the "when". 📐 Complexity turned into shippable specs Data models, documentary workflows, versioning, traceability. You go all the way down to the object level with Engineering. ⚙️ A tight loop with Engineering & Data You work daily with our Tech Lead and our AI team to arbitrate scope, sequencing and technical trade-offs. 📊 Measuring what we ship Usage instrumentation, adoption metrics, and honest post-launch reviews. 🏗️ Our most ambitious product bets You take the features nobody else can carry, the ones that touch the core of the platform, and you drive them from a blank page to adoption. 👥 Building and leading the product team You set the bar on discovery and specs, and you grow the team as we scale. 📣 The go-to-market of every release With Marketing, Sales, Ops and CSM: positioning, enablement, product newsletters, adoption. Most important qualities for a Product Lead role at Tracklab
• You have already shipped complex B2B products, the kind with deep data models and real business logic, not just CRUD screens and dashboards
• You are comfortable being the most rigorous person in the room on a topic nobody fully owns yet
• You can hold a long-term vision and a two-week sprint in your head at the same time, and arbitrate between them without drama
• You genuinely enjoy going deep into a client's operational reality: you would rather spend a day in a quality department than in a strategy deck
• You lead by raising standards, not by adding process. You give clear feedback and you make decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in a fast-moving environment where the answer is rarely written down anywhere Skills & experience Must haves
• 6 to 10 years in product, including senior or lead roles in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record shipping complex, data-heavy features end to end (data modeling, workflows, permissions, integrations)
• Experience mentoring or managing at least one PM, formally or informally
• Strong written communication in French and English: your specs are read by engineers, clients and founders
• Comfortable working directly with engineers on architecture and trade-offs, without needing a translator
• Structured discovery practice: you talk to users constantly and you can prove what you learned Nice to haves
• Experience with PLM, PIM, ERP, MES, QMS or any system of record for industrial or regulated data
• Knowledge of agri-food, cosmetics, chemicals or other regulated industries
• Experience building AI-native features in production: extraction, validation, agents, evaluation loops
• You can prototype (SQL, Figma, vibe-coded prototypes) to derisk a spec before it reaches the backlog Salary, compensation, location, benefits, and holidays
• Full-time permanent position (CDI), starting end of 2026 or Q1 2027
• 60
- 75k gross annual salary, depending on experience + bonus
• BSPCE: this is a key hire and it is compensated as such
• An office-first company. 1 day of remote work per week + flex remote policy summer / holiday season (year-end)
• 50% public transport reimbursement, Swile (Meal voucher)
• A fully equipped office nested in the heart of Montmartre (Paris, 75018)
