Ipsos has committed to becoming the AI-augmented leader in market research. Clients expect faster turnaround and more proactive insights, and Ipsos has set an ambitious goal to produce and deliver the majority of our activities in 48h or less. Meeting that expectation means changing how our teams work, not just giving people better tools.
Gemini Enterprise is the enterprise AI platform Ipsos has selected to build, deploy and govern AI tasks, skills, workflows and agents, which will be made available to our research teams under the “Ipsos.
Facto 2.0” name. It is one of the foundations of the Horizons Speed program alongside the generalization of IDP as our primary survey platform. Skills The AI and speed for researchers Program will focus on identifying, building, testing and rolling-out AI enabled tasks, skills, workflows and agents to all our research teams worldwide across three transversal research areas:
• Business development
• Proposal writing
• Charting and reporting These objectives will be realized through the implementation of a so called AI Agent Use Case Factory. This is a function/tool within an organization that provides the infrastructure, processes, expertise, and governance to manage the entire lifecycle of an AI agent—from the initial idea to its eventual retirement The ‘Use Case Factory' is a partnership between the different constituents of our matrix: Countries, service line and client organization. It operates in a Federated (Hub-and-Spoke) Model: This hybrid model combines a central "hub" (the UCF) with "spokes" embedded within countries, service lines, client first,… . The hub sets governance, and provides the platforms, while the spokes drive use case agent design tailored to their domain.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain reusable playbooks, standards, templates and best practices.
• Ensure all use cases and AI-enabled solutions are grounded in Ipsos intellectual property, proprietary assets, methodologies and research expertise.
• Ensure that solutions deliver trusted outputs consistent with Ipsos research excellence and standards by partnering with Service Lines, Legal, Chief Science Office and other stakeholders.
• Promote appropriate human oversight, accountability and responsible use of AI across all deployed solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Use Case Factory operating model and roadmap.
• Support agent development and validation

• Support the development of no-code agents, skills and agent templates for business users.
• Contribute to the definition of testing, validation and quality assurance protocols.
• Support the testing and validation of priority use cases before release.
• Identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions where required.
• Build community engagement and adoption
• Partner with AI champions, ambassadors and business stakeholders to drive awareness, adoption and behavioural change.
• Build and nurture an active researcher community around AI-enabled ways of working. Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across functions and markets.
• Act as a key point of connection between business users and the AI & Speed programme.
• Monitor performance and continuous improvement
• Monitor usage, adoption and value realization across deployed use cases.
• Identify opportunities to improve, scale or retire solutions.
