ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and solution-oriented Junior Automation & AI Solutions Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated workflows and AI-powered business applications. Working closely with the Data Analyst leading the development of these solutions, you will help turn operational needs into practical digital tools. From building automated workflows in Make and Monday.com to integrating applications through APIs and developing custom tools using Claude and AI-assisted coding, you will contribute to making business processes smarter, faster, and more efficient. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting with technology, solving problems, understanding how systems communicate, and finding creative ways to automate repetitive tasks. You do not need to be an expert in every tool. We are looking for strong logical thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. • Monitor existing workflows, troubleshoot errors, and ensure automations run reliably.

• Enhance existing automation processes as business needs evolve. API Integrations & Systems Connectivity
• Connect different platforms and applications using APIs.
• Work with REST APIs, JSON data, HTTP requests, and authentication methods.
• Test API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using tools such as Postman.
• Support the configuration of webhooks, data mapping, pagination, and error handling.
• Ensure information flows accurately between connected systems. AI-Assisted Application Development
• Use Claude, Claude Code, and other AI-powered development tools to build and improve internal applications and digital solutions.
• Turn business requirements into functional prototypes, tools, and application features.
• Use AI-assisted coding to develop and refine solutions, even when working with unfamiliar technologies.
• Understand, test, debug, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on generated outputs without validation.
• Support application logic, data structures, user interfaces, and integrations with external services.
• Help deploy, maintain, and continuously improve cloud-based applications. WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• A degree, relevant training, or practical experience in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST requests, JSON, and how applications exchange data.
• Basic coding knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or another programming language.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and the use of tools such as Claude or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or similar tools, or a strong willingness to learn is a plus. YOUR SKILLS
• Good attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Understanding of logical workflows, conditions, triggers, variables, and data structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently, learn new technologies, and break down complex problems into manageable steps. THE OPPORTUNITY
