Responsibilities Within the Indirect Purchasing Department of the Central Cluster (France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands), you will be involved in various supplier markets in France and abroad, benefit from numerous contacts, both with suppliers and with internal customers, and actively participate in the development of the Purchasing function. As Such, Your Main Missions Will Be
• Manage calls for tenders for various purchasing categories, covering all stages of a procurement project: collection of internal needs, drafting, publication, analysis of offers, negotiation, contractualization, internal communication and deployment.
• Support the UK Procurement team (approximately 50% of the time): end-to-end project and tender management, English negotiations and contracting support in conjunction with local legal teams
• Contribute to procurement projects in other Central Cluster countries (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium) and identify opportunities to pool needs between countries
• Conduct multi-country tenders and contribute to the harmonization of procurement practices, tools and reporting at the cluster level
• Support the transformation of Indirect Procurement, in particular the deployment of the new ERP, and support the Change Management of internal customers
• Collaborate, support and influence throughout the P2P process, from the purchase request to the negotiation, to the purchase order. The ERP will allow the buyer to validate the purchase request in the purchase order and thus manage the purchasing policy through the tool.
• Identify procurement opportunities, particularly in terms of sustainable development, and implement them
• Assess the compliance and performance of our suppliers via our internal tendering tools
• Participate in monthly meetings and in the animation of the Group Purchasing network (18 countries)
• Execute tenders, as well as supplier qualification and selection
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies, taking into account the local specificities of each country
• Collect specifications for products and services required by the business
• Draft contracts and negotiate agreements with suppliers, in French and English, in coordination with legal and internal stakeholders
• Perform market and spend analysis, including on a multi-country scale Identify and anticipate difficulties in the execution of projects, propose and implement solutions, escalate if necessary
• Identify risks and report them to the manager
• Track actions and risk mitigation plans defined
• Manage supplier issues, periodically monitor contracts and evaluate supplier performance
• Contribute to the development of the Group Purchasing Plan and the Central Cluster savings plan
• Propose and manage improvements to purchasing processes and policies Profile
• You have a Master 2, ideally with a specialization in Purchasing.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in an international or multi-country context.
• You know how to manage purchases in project mode.
