Angoulême, France (on-site position) Start date: October Contract: 1-year contract ABOUT THE JOB Join the Stim team as a CG Production Supervisor on our animated TV series, Rabbids. You will oversee the full 3D production workflow, from initial briefing to final delivery, working closely with other supervisors, department leads, the production management team, and the director. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with department leads on rush reviews, pipeline organization, and workflow improvements across the full 3D pipeline.
• Propose technical and creative solutions that support the artistic vision while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
• Work closely with the production team to define technical goals, staffing needs, and production schedules for 3D artists.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and technical challenges in upcoming production phases, providing effective solutions to mitigate risks or delays.
• Make clear, timely decisions when technical or organizational issues arise.
• Encourage a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment aligned with studio values. REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in animation or VFX in a supervisor or senior lead role.
• Strong expertise across the full 3D pipeline (modeling, lookdev, rigging, FX, lighting, animation, compositing) – both technical and artistic.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively coordinating and guiding a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and manage tight production deadlines under pressure. NICE TO HAVE
• Scripting knowledge (Python, VEX...).
• Strong experience with Houdini, Gaffer, and Maya pipelines.
• Good understanding of modern animation pipeline architectures (USD,ShotGrid/Kitsu).
