A Day in the Life You will join the CISO Office & Transformation Team within Beauty Tech, part of a global community of over 2,000 Tech Experts worldwide across 40+ specialisms. Reporting to the CISO Office & Transformation Lead, your mission is to serve as a strategic partner to the Group CISO, driving governance, performance, and cyber resilience.
• Frame cybersecurity priorities, strategic initiatives, and executive communications for the Group CISO.
• Shape and implement the cybersecurity strategy, addressing key topics such as AI, cyber resilience, and the evolving threat landscape.
• Develop high-level position papers, executive briefings, and presentations for the Group CISO and Group CIO to present to the Executive Committee (ComEx) and the Board.
• Steer the Cybersecurity Portfolio and Roadmap, tracking core IT operating model delivery and digitalised processes.
• Drive change management and new ways of working across the organisation, with a dedicated focus on embedding AI in cybersecurity.
• Animate the global cybersecurity community through targeted training, development, and team engagement initiatives. We Are Looking For You bring curiosity, strategic clarity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to translate complex challenges into clear business direction. You bring:
• Strategic & Executive Communication: Proven ability to structure complex topics into clear executive narratives and deliverables for Board and ComEx audiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing skills with a track record of collaborating closely with senior leadership and international Zone teams.
• Cybersecurity Acumen: Practical understanding of cybersecurity concepts, with the ability to engage technical teams and translate topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Transformation & Process Optimisation: Strong drive to identify opportunities for automation, drive operational efficiency, and champion new ways of working.
