Senior Skincare Product Manager L:A BRUKET
· Paris, France
· Full-time Founded in 2008 in the Swedish coastal town of Varberg
- home to 200 years of spa tradition
- L:A BRUKET is a natural wellbeing brand spanning body care, fragrance, and home. What started as a small concept has grown into a globally recognized name, with retail presence across Sweden and France, in leading luxury retailers, and in hotels around the world. Backed by the French private equity firm Experienced Capital Partners, we're now scaling fast
- and looking for a Product Manager to help shape what comes next. The role As Skincare Product Manager, you'll own the product vision and lead development
- from brief to launch
- for our body and face care ritual ranges. You'll be the person who knows this part of the portfolio inside out: what's working, what's missing, and where it should go next. You'll report to our Global Marketing Director and work in close duo with our Product Manager for Home and Eau de Parfum
- sharing ways of working across the full portfolio and each leading a shared, transversal process so nothing falls through the cracks. On the technical side, you'll work hand in hand with our Technical Development Lead, and you will turn the briefs into sound formulas and fragrances and lead execution with labs and partners. This is a role for someone who is genuinely obsessed with products
- who geeks out on skincare, scent, textures, and sensoriality, and who has a strong, opinionated point of view on where a skincare range should go.

What you'll do
- Write the product brief
- vision, positioning, target cost, format, and claims
- and champion it through development.
- Give direction on ingredients and textures, weighing desired benefits and origin storytelling against market trends.
- Own the timeline for your category end to end, anticipating long-lead items (claim testing, certifications, market registrations) and resolving delays as they come up.
- Hold final approval on formulas and product at every stage, giving labs sharp, sensory-specific feedback on what needs to improve.
- Shape the claims and test plan and validate the substantiated claims that go on to the Marketing activation team and key accounts.
- Sign off on critical packaging and artwork milestones, ensuring nothing goes to print or production ahead of regulatory approval. Have a clear view on how the packaging can evolve based on brand vision.
- Hold the strategic view of the Skincare portfolio
- its range, gaps, evolution, pricing, and P&L, but also share your views on skincare when relevant in a collaborative way.
- Co-lead one shared, cross-category process with the other Product Manager
- either the innovation and development process, or catalogue and portfolio management.
- Be the go-to voice on your category for the Global Marketing Director and the wider project team, flagging risks and milestones early. What you'll bring
- A Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field
- cosmetic science, product, or marketing, with a technical edge, and experience in a medium-size company.
- At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in skincare product development; a real interest in scents.
- A genuine obsession with product and textures
- you can't help testing, comparing, and pushing a formula or fragrance further.
- A demanding, precise sensory palate, and the ability to translate that into exact, actionable feedback for labs and fragrance houses.
- A strong, opinionated product vision
- you see where a range should go, not just what's in the brief.
- Solid project-management instincts: planning, milestone discipline, and a knack for solving problems before they become delays.
- Comfort at the intersection of R&D and Marketing
- you can turn a vision into a technical brief and challenge trade-offs without being the technical expert yourself.
- Ease with pricing, cost, and margin trade-offs across a full category P&L.
- A decisive, structured approach, and the confidence to hold your ground on a go/no-go call.
- Fluent English; French or Swedish is a plus. Why join us If you're looking for an entrepreneurial adventure with a brand that puts wellbeing, sensoriality and naturality first
- in a fast-growing environment where your work has real, visible impact
- we'd love to hear from you. Send your resume to katinka.najar@labruket.com with the subject 'PRODUCT MANAGER– [YOUR NAME]'.
