Aix-en-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France 💼 Activity: In-Stock Asset Validation 🔧 Scope of Work
• Validate all available IT assets and peripherals in the stock/IT storage room.
• Update the inventory file with the validation status.
• Capture a photo of each asset/peripheral with the serial number clearly visible.
• Share the updated inventory file and photos after completion.
• Identify and record any additional devices present onsite but missing from the inventory list. 📋 Additional IT Asset Room Checks The technician will need to verify:
• Dedicated stock / IT storage room availability
• Secured access to the room
• CCTV coverage
• Whether CCTV provides full visibility of the IT storage room
• Whether teams other than Field IT have access to the storage room
• Updated technician email details 👤 Requirements
• Experience in IT Asset Validation, Inventory Management, or Field IT Support
• Good knowledge of IT hardware and peripherals
• Ability to work independently onsite
• Proficient in English and French/local language
• Professional onsite communication and conduct Tools Required 💻 Laptop with Excel access 📱 Mobile phone with hotspot
