Executive Content & Operations Intern (6-Month Stage)

Levallois Perret / Paris Area Duration: 6 months (Full-time) Contract Type: Convention de stage required Start Date: Flexible / ASAP About Overlord MediaOverlord Media is a digital media group managing leading publications across business, finance, technology, and regional enterprise, including Le Revenu, Le Nouvel Économiste, Le Journal des Entreprises, and Le Monde Informatique. The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, media-savvy intern to join our Executive Office for a 6-month immersion. Working directly alongside executive leadership and across our newsrooms, your mission will be to document how modern media runs from the inside out: daily operations, editorial transformations, strategic decisions, and team workflows. You will research, script, and capture behind-the-scenes content showcasing our operations, leadership insights, and innovations for digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and short-form video). For top performers, this role offers a direct fast track to a permanent full-time position within Overlord Media or one of its flagship titles.

Key Responsibilities
● Executive & Operational Documentation: Follow leadership and key teams to record daily workflows, strategic meetings, newsroom routines, and key milestones. ● Research & Format Strategy: Scout high-performing storytelling formats, executive branding benchmarks, and business content trends across global platforms. ● Scripting & Narrative: Turn internal processes, strategic playbooks, and leadership insights into crisp scripts, breakdowns, and short-form video concepts. ● Production Coordination: Capture raw mobile footage, outline story arcs, assemble rapid draft cuts, and coordinate visual assets for publication. Who We Are Looking For● Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English (minimum C1 level written and spoken in both). ● Digital & Narrative Instinct: High visual taste with an innate understanding of hooks, dynamic pacing, and professional storytelling across modern social platforms. ● Autonomous & Curious: No prior formal media experience required; genuine curiosity about business, publishing, and digital creation matters far more. ● Discreet & Adaptable: Comfortable operating in executive settings, knowing how to observe quietly while capturing key moments on the fly. ● Status: Must be eligible for an internship agreement (convention de stage).
