KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the Sales Operation team in data management, reporting automation, and BI development to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Maintenance & Helpdesk:
• Provide first level support for Field dashboards and sales reporting tools.
• Help develop tutorials and user guides for BI tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and coordinate fixes when needed. BI Project Coordination: Support and coordinate ongoing BI initiatives across the Sales department, including:
• B2B: Support reporting and analytics for the fleet and corporate sales activity.
• Used Car: Maintain dashboards and ensure reliable tracking of used car performance.
• Logistics: Contribute to automating the logistic follow up process and improving data flows.
• Daily HQ Report: Produce and update the daily report for HQ, ensuring consistency with Salesforce. Business Analysis:
• Prepare monthly performance reports for Sales team and dealer network.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions. Undertake other tasks according to

your profile
and our needs. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
• Studying at a business school or university with a specialisation in Business, Data Analytics, etc.
• Interests in automated reporting, CRM systems, and sales performance analysis.
• Strong command of Excel & Power BI or similar BI tools, Salesforce is a plus.
• Good understanding of data analysis & KPIs.
• Ability to learn quickly and adopt new tools, to analyse and summarise.
• Proactive, organised, and rigorous.
• Fluency in French and English (both oral & written). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
