As an Artist Liaison Intern, you will be on the front line of Singulart’s relationship with its artists. Your mission is to proactively contact artists, understand their needs and help them get the most value from their experience on the platform. You’ll work closely with the Artist Success & Liaison teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product, Tech and Sales to support artists throughout their journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Artist Outreach & Calls:
• Proactively contact artists by phone and email, including a high volume of outbound calls.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each artist’s situation, expectations and objectives.
• Communicate Singulart’s value clearly and adapt your approach to each conversation.
• Follow-up & Relationship Management:
• Manage follow-ups autonomously and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Keep accurate records of artist interactions in our internal tools.
• Stay organized while managing multiple conversations and priorities.
• Artist Support & Retention:
• Provide clear, empathetic and solution-oriented guidance to artists.
• Support artists during onboarding and help them navigate Singulart’s tools and services.
• Assist with retention initiatives, including conversations with artists considering cancellation or experiencing payment issues.
• Feedback Sharing:
• Spot recurring issues, friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Share relevant insights with the Artist Success, Product and Sales teams.
• Process Improvement:
• Help improve internal documentation.
• Contribute to team initiatives and artist engagement campaigns. Why this role is exciting:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and German.
• At least one previous experience in sales, cold calling or a role involving a high volume of calls.
• Previous experience in a field with direct customer contact.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Sales mindset: You are comfortable initiating conversations, engaging people by phone and communicating value clearly.
• Resilience: You remain calm, professional and motivated under pressure or when facing rejection.
